1. In case the Fortemedia CL conflict between tm-qpr
   and tm-d1, separate the Fortemedia tuning.
2. Enable stereo VoIP on speaker and usb path
3. Reserved 2(VoIP use case) in handsfree and headset mode
   changed to stereo processing.
4. FNS for NB/WB across all modes changed to fulfill CCA settings.
