Merge "Add log to detect if hideKeyguardImpl is called when KeyguardStatusView disappear" into udc-qpr-dev

Currently, the callback to NPMS gets triggered from the AMS
handler. So technically, this codepath is already asynchronous.
But this change updates the callback to be called from a non-UI
thread, as some of the NPMS operations could take a while to
complete.

Here, we add gesture detection logic for the stylus tail button in
SysUI.

The notes task will only be shown immediately on the UP event of the
first key press of a key gesture. A long press will not do anything for
now. If there is a multi-press (e.g. double-press, triple-press), only
the first press will react to the event.

The notes task will be shown immediately on the UP event of the stylus
tail button, instead of on the DOWN event, like before.

To do this, the framework must send all tail button events (both DOWN
and UP events) to SystemUI, because there is a CTS test that enforces
that SystemUI receives the DOWN event from a stylus. We do not have the
ability to modify the CTS test for this release.

Apps that are normally fullscreen will be letterboxed (horizontal
black bars) if user applies aspect ratio that is not fullscreen. We
apply pillarboxing (portrait black bars) instead if app did not specify
orientation.
