Implement a basic ...pip2.PipController updating PipDisplayLayoutState as needed upon configuration and display changes. This is needed to have correct pip entry bounds. Note: KCA are not being handled yet. The plan is to add those changes in this CL too. Implement no animation auto enter pip with button navigation mode. Resolve the TransitionRequestInfo in ...pip2.PipTransition#handleRequest() and add movePipActivityToPinnedRootTask() hierarchy op for it to directly set the final entry pip bounds in Core. Note that for now the bounds default to top left corner since display layout is not being properly updated/set now - that requires pip2.PipController to be introduced in CL 3/3.
