device from(20: voice-handset, acdb 7) to (22: voice-speaker-stereo,
acdb 15)

Stock audio HAL:
audio_hw_primary: select_devices: changing use case voicemmode1-call output
device from(26: voice-handset, acdb 7) to (27: voice-speaker, acdb 14)

Stock seems to use voice-speaker as opposed to voice-speaker-stereo.
voice-speaker-stereo's ACDB doesn't seem to have echo cancelation enabled.

Even though stock has persist.vendor.audio.voicecall.speaker.stereo=true,
they might have hacked the Audio HAL to ignore it.

Set persist.vendor.audio.voicecall.speaker.stereo=false to fix this.

* Confuses camera2api and apps that check for it.
* Became the reason why GCam and Telegram would randomly freeze the device.
