onclite: qcom: devices: Add iuicc0 and iuicc1 devices

Add iuicc0 and iuicc1 devices that can be opened
by spdaemon to create iuicc0 and iuicc1 channels
respectively and interact with iuicc0 and iuicc1
applications respectively on the Secure Processor.
