onclite: audio: Use proper PCM id for VoIP usecases

* The correct PCM ID was discovered by
checking /proc/asound/card0/pcm3c and pcm3p
(these are the PCM capture and playback devices
with id 3, which happens to be the proper PCM ID for VOIP usecases)

* After this change, it finally allows audio routing
to actually occur for VoIP playback and record usecases.
