This fixes support with WPA2/3 mixed access points; the primary issue
was that while this device doesn't support PMF, said access points try
to query for PMF in order to check for WPA3 support, which causes our
WLAN driver to die a painful death.

Disable it from the overlay, as AOSP enables it by default.

It's a wonder why it was enabled in the first place.

Those parameters need to set for Hotspot 2.0 network

interworking=1 : Enable Interworking
hs20=1: Enable Hotspot 2.0
auto_interworking=0 : Do not automatically go through Interworking
                      network selection in wpa_supplicant

Qcom's driver can support a max of 512 scan results. Ensure that
wpa_supplicant is in sync with that number.

Add 'wowlan_triggers=magic_pkt' to wpa_supplicant_overlay.conf. With
this, wpa_supplicant will tell the linux kernel that the wifi driver
is wowlan capable, and will wakeup the host when a magic packet is
received. Most importantly, the kernel will no longer disconnect wifi
connections before suspending wifi.
