* pin dirac and dolby from oxygen MIUI (7.10.12)
* unpin all common qcom bsp files fro easier upgrade from any
UM family (msm8937, msm8953 or msm8996) ROMS that provides newer blobs.
Since stock rom stuck on android 7.0.

* updating blobs to newer stock versions requires unknown changes in kernel
to make ov13855 cameras work

* updating all camera blobs, but ov13855 leads to blobs inconsistency and
result in ov13855 cameras partly broken (some settings and modes unavalible
or works incorrectly)

* only known way to make all mido camera work for now is to pin to stock 7.5.4
