RTPs are used by aw8624 and Xiaomi's custom vibration
service, but aren't useful on AOSP.
Used GPU firmware was detected by printing all accessed
vendor files.
osc_rtp_24K_5s is used for aw8624 calibration.

MAC loading is independent of userspace.

We support IMS features on carriers not listed in the CarrierConfig,
so let's use the props to enable it everywhere.
