Currenlty I observe lots of error logs when establishing BLE
connections:
bt_btu_hcif: packages/modules/Bluetooth/system/stack/btu/btu_hcif.cc:202 btu_hcif_log_event_metrics: Unexpectedly received event_code:0x3e that should not be handled here
This patch gets rid of those error logs

We can't unconditionally dereference 'left' here for our loop
conditional, because it might be null.  We make a minor change to
avoid this.

Currently only hook print info log when receiving the AudioState
changes. This needs to be propagated to client to notify the data
socket's readiness in the later CLs.

Enhanced Call Status is mandatory for HFP. Add it to the build flag.
Also add codes to follow ChromeOS's existing behavior to send out
commands setting the call status and speaker volume for HFP.
