SystemUI: Nuke oriented navbar handle

AKA fake navbar
AGAIN!!! For the 3rd time. This ain't working dear google.
Not even getting better with their attempts.
I gave up hope on this, I don't see it ever coming back.
Adapted (lazily) to A13, A14
