Putting the default/min size percentage value into resources so they
could be overridden on device basis.

Add a second set of default/minimum size percentage if the Display is
near square. This is to make sure the default PiP window does not
overlap with the hinge as much as possible.

Commit 023c69fc caused a regression with Bluetooth codec sampling rate
changes by preventing the reconfiguration of the audio HAL stream.
This CL restores the call to native audio policy manager when a
Bluetooth config changed request is received and the codec parameters
actually change.

After further investigation, it seems that while disabling drumroll
detection by speed change fixed pointer movement issues, the bad pointer
speed values were also breaking tap-to-click. I can't produce drumroll
issues on this touchpad anyway, so let's just disable drumroll
suppression completely.

Merge "Add a carrier config key to let satellite guidance URL link become carrier configurable" into 24D1-dev

Currently, whenever a device is folded waitingToSleepDevice is marked as true.
As a result, switching of device state on fold is delayed by the timeout of 500ms.
This affects the new fold setting(go/fold-lock-behavior-setting) and apps with wakelocks on fold. As in both cases device is not supposed to sleep on fold.
This CL checks value of fold setting and only mark waitingToSleepDevice boolean true when Fold setting is set to "Never".

Test: atest LogicalDisplayMapperTest and manually checked before and after perfetto traces

This change adds BMM logging in restore at install flow right from the point when PackageManager triggers restore.
The change also adds more detailed logging in Full Restore flow, around various failure points. This'll help with quantify different failures that happen in Full Restore flow, some of which are masked by the complexity in Framework code.
