For performance savings, we will only log appcompat changes to debug if
it targets the latest sdk version and it is not disabled. These can
still be turned back on with `adb setprop
log.tag.CompatChangeReporter=DEBUG`.

This CL adds device dimension data for the src device that the backup was performed on (in the backup flow). It also adds logging to indicate when the backup
occuring from a small to a large device.

We were setting StatusBarStateController.mLeaveOpenOnKeyguardHide to true when launching bouncer when unlock is needed to access full Shade, but not setting it to false if the bouncer was canceled. This left us in a state where dismissing the bouncer another way would not make the Shade collapse, leaving it in a broken state after unlock.

It appears some backup & restore CallLog tests are populating setAssertedDisplayName with
a null object. This is causing a NPE to occur.  This XS-CL fixes the NPE.

The case this is specifically aimed at is recent apps over the
lockscreen, where the wallpaper target isn't visible during the
transition or at its end but is replaced by NotificationShade when
it reports finished.

The problem this solves is that the wallpaper visibility cleanup in
Transition.onFinish was run before the NotificationShade had a chance
to make itself wallpaper target, as this was not necessarily
recalculated yet.

For normal app <-> app transitions, wallpaper target is calculated much
earlier during collection. Since keyguard is just a mode of the
notification shade there is no collection to be done for it and so the
wallpaper target change is not knowable upfront.

We don't use the wallpaper as its own target in this case because the
keyguard does not necessarily want a wallpaper - it may become an opaque
window on some form factors / skins.

This is to fix the regression introduced by ag/26340832. When apps like
YT provide empty aspect ratio via PictureInPictureParams, the zero value
would be used to calculate the min / max allowed size and causes the PiP
window to be resized unexpectedly.

This change ensures that the deferred reordering action always runs at the end of the gesture.

We started deferring reordering actions to avoid breaking drag gestures. But tapping on the selected bubble to collapse the stack is considered a gesture as well.
Previously the reorder action did not get run in that case, because the specific touch listener that runs it ignores touch events during animations.
