Incremental progress is updated separately, and can create deadlock or
simply wait for mLock while session is doing some heavy processing. This
in turn blocks progress update or binder thread, causing long delays for
all other packages.

When AOD is enabled/disabled, update visibility of the LightRevealScrim.

When device is animating the screen off animation from Home => Keyguard,
don't show the udfps icon. (Note, we still want to show the udfps icon
on transitioning between LS <=> AOD).

Move UdfpsKeyguard pauseAuth logic into UdfpsKeyguardViewController
instead of abstract class UdfpsViewController.

To make this possible, this change adds functionality for notification channel removal to NotificationHistory, NotificationHistoryDatabase, and NotificationHistoryManager and corresponding tests.

This change does not remove the notifications from deleted channels from the "recently dismissed" list (stored in mArchive); will follow up with that later.
