mUidFieldIndex, mExclusiveStateFieldIndex,
mAttributionChain{Start|End}Index are stored using int8_t.
These values can overflow when mValues.size() exceeds INT8_MAX.
Add proper bounds checking to ensure these values don't exceed
INT8_MAX.
